Winter blues


This week a serious case of winter blues got the better of me. I felt uninspired, tired and bored with my everyday routine. Never one to dwell long on negative feelings, I decided to shake things up a bit. Instead of hitting the snooze button, I now start my days with a short meditation to clear my mind. Followed by a healthy breakfast and some time behind my computer getting inspired - I even set up a Pinterest account. After my 9-to-5, a long walk through the city helps me relax before going home. I filled my apartment with spring flowers, cooked some delicious new dishes and splurged on new grey bedlinen - oh so soft. The extra R&R already made a huge difference - I feel energized and ready for Spring.
