Kinfolk

Because of my job I got in touch with Annemarie from Belgian blog Joy of little things. And I found out that she was hosting the first-ever Kinfolk event in Belgium. Couldn't miss that, so last Sunday I went to her cool loft in Antwerp for a cooking class. I've always been a fan of Kinfolk magazine and the beautiful photography. Their monthly events are centered around a theme, this month's: The Butcher Block. We made a chicken liver paté, fresh ricotta and ate delicious meat from Dierendonck and cheeses from Van Tricht.  Perfect way to spent a Sunday afternoon if you ask me.

Fijn dat je erbij was! En die foto van jou met de schaal ricotta is 1 van mijn favorieten!
